I am an executive life coach, mediator, management consultant, author, motivational speaker and corporate trainer from Chicago, Illinois.  I specialize in motivating small business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, groups and individuals in a career or life transition to use their innate abilities to master their goals while achieving successes beyond their wildest dreams.  Certified as a Christian Life Coach through New Life Coach, Inc., I use the Holy Bible, the laws of attraction and the theories behind both client-centered therapy and principle-centered leadership to partner with my clients toward attaining their goals.

Relationships are very important to me. I love to meet new people so I have created the Life Coach Support Network and Chitown Buppies to enable me to meet as many like-minded individuals as possible. As founder of Chicago Love Connection and Building Bridges Chicago, I coach and train my clients to improve the quality of their business practices, intimate relationships and overall personal satisfaction through positive goal-setting, self-assessment and image consulting.  I am also co-founder and vice president of the Esthetics Educational Support Network (EESN), an organization dedicated to providing continuing education and career support for post-graduate students in the wellness industry as well as providing access to alternative wellness practitioners to the community in which we serve.
