![]() Bio Niquenya D. Fulbright is an executive life coach, business analyst management consultant, mediator, author, corporate trainer and motivational speaker in the Chicagoland area. She has over 10 years experience motivating small business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, nonprofit leadership, groups and individuals in a career or life transition to use their innate abilities to master their goals and achieve successes beyond their wildest dreams. Her certifications in Christian life coaching and mediation have increased her ability to develop managers at all levels into powerful leaders and innovative thinkers. Niquenya believes strongly in applying a holistic approach to success and works hard to promote balance in all areas of her clients’ lives. Whether it is business, career, family, intimate relationships, finances, personal satisfaction or otherwise; Niquenya is an expert at motivating clients to see the big picture, create a vision, overcome obstacles and define a realistic plan to begin living a life they love. Formerly, Niquenya has worked in a number of industries including healthcare, retail, hospitality, accounting, insurance, human resources, federal government and even the non-profit sector. Her lighthearted but firm approach to creative problem-solving has allowed her to quickly work her way up from line-level employee into the upper echelons of management. Niquenya has been sought after as the "go-to" person in every position she has ever held. In fact, Niquenya's resourcefulness has long been the brunt of much cajoling by friends and family members who for years have been waking her at all hours of the early morning for direction in various sorts of crises. Niquenya loves to fondly joke about how she used to mock them that one day she would make them "pay" for all the tasks she gets burdened with. Now she really does! Although Niquenya now collects a fee for her services, she subscribes to the pay-it-forward movement and spends much of her free time volunteering for a number of Chicagoland non-profit agencies. Niquenya continues to practice her skills through her volunteer activities as an executive coach and consultant for the Executive Service Corps of Chicago, a mediator for the Center for Conflict Resolution and the Director of Services at New Life Coach Inc., a non-profit organization that offers free life coaching to the homeless and otherwise disadvantaged. Niquenya is Vice-President of the Esthetics Educational Support Network, a wellness and continuing education center co-founded with her mother. She is also founder and facilitator of several networking organizations including the Life Coach Support Network, a nonprofit organization for professional coaches. Niquenya possesses a BS in Technical Management and a professional diploma in Network Administration. Niquenya has also received additional training in strategic planning, succession planning, fund development, executive coaching, and consulting and board development for non-profit organizations. Niquenya has a great love of language of which she is conversant in several and she is currently President of her own Toastmaster's club where she hones her public speaking craft. A strong believer in life-long learning, Niquenya is currently pursuing an MBA in E-Commerce at Keller Graduate School of Management while concurrently seeking both PMI and BABOK certifications. She is also a member of the International Association of Coaching (IAC), the Project Management Institure (PMI), the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), and the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). Niquenya’s vast experience and diverse training makes it relatively effortless for her to empathize with most issues facing executive staff. She enjoys the personal satisfaction of knowing that her focus on values, planning and action often makes a huge impact in the ease of transitions to management. An entrepreneur at heart, her biggest joy is in calling people forth to embrace their personal mission by defining a clear, achievable vision for the future. Her own mission is to help people build a bridge between their dreams and ultimate reality by making positive, sustaining and measurable changes in all aspects of their lives. Niquenya has been featured in the Chicago Tribune, the RedEye, Crain's Chicago Business, N'DIGO, Time Out Chicago and on NBC 5 Chicago. Past clients have included executives from PepsiCo, BP Amoco, Morningstar and a variety of non-profit organizations and smaller corporations throughout the U.S. When she is not giving generously of her time, she enjoys watching movies with her two children in their Edgewater home or sweating out her latest chocolate binge at her local gym.
